Work together for win-win and dream to set sail ! ZRLK Testing Technology Co., Ltd 2023 kick-off meeting was held. Accumulate strength in the summary and set sail again to start a new journey in the year of 2023.

At the beginning of the meeting, the host came on the stage to make a simple opening speech, and then invited our engineering technical director, EMC technical director and general manager to speak on the stage.

First of all, our engineering technical director and EMC technical director made a summary report on the annual work completion of the department staff, and pointed out the company's department work priorities and performance index requirements in 2023.

At the conference, the two directors first made a summary report on the work of the safety laboratory, chemical laboratory, battery laboratory, EMC laboratory and wireless laboratory and the completion of various case data indicators, and gave a summary description of the department's equipment procurement, team personnel construction and various qualification extension review;Secondly, the two directors gave great affirmation to the efforts and efforts of all staff in the department in the past year, and pointed out that we still need to make up for the shortcomings of strengthening, and gave effective solutions and implementation plans for some problems that have occurred. Finally, the two directors expressed their gratitude to everyone for their support and cooperation in their work in the past year, and hoped that in the new year, everyone could overcome difficulties without fear of pressure, continue to focus on "quality and service improvement" as the core, adhere to the development goal of "being specialized, refined, excellent and strong", and overcome difficulties, break through ourselves, surpass ourselves and create better results!

After the speeches of the two directors, the general manager came to the stage to make the final concluding remarks.

First of all, the general manager analyzed the current development situation of the testing and certification industry, summarized the overall situation of the company's operation in 2022, elaborated the pressure, opportunities and challenges faced by the company's development, deployed the company's key work and performance indicator arrangement in 2023, and put forward clear requirements on personnel team construction, professional service ability improvement, brand image management, etc; Secondly, the general manager gave a brief overview of the company's organizational structure and future development at the conference, and expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work in the past year, and put forward higher expectations and requirements for the work in 2023,and hope that all of you will work together in the new year to overcome difficulties and successfully complete all indicators and tasks set by the company; Finally, the general manager stressed that the courage to challenge and compete for the first is his ardent expectation for every colleague in the company; To lay a solid foundation and pursue quality is his job requirement for every employee of the company; Professional service, honesty and dedication are the basic attitude he requires every company member to face customers.
