SRRC certification is type approval certification. Radio transmission equipment sold in mainland China requires type approval certification. Model refers to the product. Approval means testing, evaluating, reviewing, etc. of the product and issuing certificates. The certificate is issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). Model approval is customarily called SRRC certification.

1. Application Form for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Model (Original);

2. A copy of the business license of the legal person of the applicant, ISO certificate or company profile;

3. Product technical specification/technical manual, circuit schematic diagram, block diagram, instruction manual;

4. A set of color photos (included in the inspection report, provided by PTSI), including certified samples:

(1) Overall photo

(2) Front view

(3) Side view (including launch port, interface, etc.)

(4) Back photo (including launch port, interface, etc.)

(5) Photos of internal circuit boards of the tested equipment.

(6) Photos of internal circuit boards of the tested equipment.

(7) The nameplate (label) of the product: The photo must clearly show the equipment model, equipment serial number and approval code CMITID of the applicant (manufacturing unit). The lower part of the appearance of the photo should also indicate the structural size of the equipment under inspection.

6. For imported products, a copy of the certification document (test report or certificate) of the foreign approval status shall be provided.

1. The client provides product information for evaluation and quotation;

2. The entrusting party confirms the quotation back, fills in the application form, provides samples/data, arranges payment (first paragraph), and opens the case;

3. Arrange product testing and review data;

4. If there is a problem with the test and data, arrange for rectification, retest/re-review until it is qualified;

5. After the test and data are qualified, arrange to issue an inspection report;

6. Arrange to submit the inspection report to the national certification agency for review and certification;

7. The entrusting party pays the payment (final payment), gets the report, and closes the case.
